SmartQuotation Beta Playground — Terms & Conditions
SmartQuotation Beta is provided as a free testing and experimentation environment. By using the Beta Playground, you agree to the following terms.
1 Beta Playground
SmartQuotation Beta is a shared playground environment intended for users to try, test, experiment with, and learn how to create professional quotations.
It is not intended to be used as a permanent quotation management, accounting, invoicing, customer relationship, or document storage system.
The Beta service may be changed, reset, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time during the testing period.
2 Shared Demo Environment
The Beta Playground is a shared environment.
Information and quotations entered into the Playground may be visible to other users of the Beta service. Other users may use the information displayed in the Playground as examples or references for learning and experimentation.
3 Information You Enter
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into SmartQuotation Beta is appropriate for use in a shared testing environment.
Do not enter:
- Passwords or authentication credentials
- API keys or security keys
- Identity card, passport, or other highly sensitive personal information
- Confidential customer information
- Confidential business information
- Private contracts or agreements
- Information that you are not authorized to disclose
- Any other information that should not be shared publicly
4 Demo Data and Deletion
You may create, edit, and delete quotation information while using the Beta Playground.
Where the available functionality allows, you may delete your quotation or other information without being required to retain it.
SmartQuotation administrators may also delete, modify, reset, or clear information stored within the Beta Playground.
5 No Data Retention Guarantee
SmartQuotation Beta is a testing environment.
We do not guarantee that quotation data, customer information, generated documents, uploaded images, or other information submitted to the Beta Playground will remain available for any particular period.
Data may be deleted or reset as part of maintenance, testing, security measures, system updates, or normal operation of the Beta service.
6 AI-Generated Content
SmartQuotation may use artificial intelligence to assist with creating or interpreting quotation information.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccurate information, or incorrect interpretations.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotation information before sending, presenting, or relying on it.
SmartQuotation does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
7 Quotations Are Not Invoices
A quotation generated through SmartQuotation is intended to communicate proposed products, services, prices, or estimates.
A quotation does not by itself constitute:
- An invoice;
- Proof of payment;
- Confirmation that payment has been made;
- A guarantee that a transaction will take place; or
- Acceptance of an order by a customer.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their quotation is appropriate for their intended business use.
8 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The information you enter;
- The accuracy of your quotation;
- The prices, quantities, descriptions, taxes, and terms shown;
- Reviewing AI-generated information;
- Reviewing the final PDF before sending it to a customer; and
- Keeping copies of quotations that you need to retain.
9 Prohibited Use
You must not use the Beta Playground to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system;
- Attack, disrupt, or overload the service;
- Abuse AI functionality;
- Upload malicious files or code;
- Attempt to access server files or credentials;
- Introduce malware or harmful content; or
- Use the service for unlawful activities.
10 Service Availability
SmartQuotation Beta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis for testing and experimentation.
Features may change without notice.
The service may experience bugs, errors, interruptions, limitations, or data loss during the Beta period.
11 Beta Nature of the Service
The Beta Playground is provided to help us test and improve SmartQuotation.
By using the service, you acknowledge that you are using a product under development and that certain features, behaviour, limits, and workflows may change during the Beta period.
12 Acceptance
By continuing to use the SmartQuotation Beta Playground, you acknowledge that:
- You understand that the Playground is shared;
- You will not enter confidential or sensitive information;
- You understand that other users may see demo information;
- You understand that Beta data may be deleted or reset;
- You are responsible for reviewing your quotations before using them; and
- You understand that SmartQuotation Beta is a testing environment and not a permanent data-storage service.
